We said we would be in touch when we had heard from MBIE. After our discussion, we are pleased to say that as an IT Service Provider we can continue to support Non-Essential businesses. We want to make sure that where it is feasible and safe for you to do so, that you can continue operating in a remote environment.
We have registered with MBIE to provide IT technology and services that enable you to continue working while in your bubble.
Some of the Essential Non-Food Consumer Products that we have registered include:
- Computers (Laptops/Workstations)
- Computer Peripherals (Keyboards, Monitors, Cables etc)
- Communications (IP phones, Headsets etc)
If you are still in need of IT technology products or would like to look at ways of improving your IT set up, please contact your Account Manager directly or the team at [email protected] or on 0800 942 002.
For your Safety
We are currently dispatching fully assembled products by courier and other products that require a build or are located close to our premises, we will dispatch personally. NZ Couriers are following a safety protocol that can be viewed here. We are following an equivalent protocol in the delivery of your product and will remain 2m from your entranceway. During computer, server and technology builds we will be wearing gloves and wiping all products down before we ship it to you. We would recommend on receipt that you follow with a further wipe down using an equivalent product to what you would use to clean your computer screens.
What Happens if I Need Onsite Help?
To date, we have been able to resolve all IT issues remotely and this is how we expect things to continue. However, should we find ourselves in a situation that we need to support you on-site, we have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a safety plan which we can take you through at the time.
Finally, if you have received new equipment from us in the last few days and have any questions about how to set it up, please do not hesitate to get in contact.
In these challenging and unprecedented times, please take care of yourselves, your families and be kind to one another.
