Shane Ross – Managing Director
Originally from Tauranga, Shane has worked at OneCall since 2007, and his combination of experience in IT and logistics give him a unique take on technical challenges. As Technical and Operations Director, Shane oversees the day-to-day running of OneCall and works with the Sales team to ensure our clients get solutions that are right for them. A skilled communicator, Shane excels at breaking down complex issues into concepts anyone can understand – ‘the more challenging, the better!’
Jason Payne – Director – Sales & Marketing
Jason joined the OneCall team after 12 years working for the Sharp Corporation, first as Sales Manager, then as Southern Regional manager. With nearly two decades of experience in sales, Jason shares our passion for excellence in customer experience. As director of Sales and Marketing, he sees our clients as important business partners and works by the motto that you should treat people as you want to be treated.
Dom Black – IT Engineer
Dom has worked in the IT sector ever since leaving school in London. He has worked with a wide range of companies, from small family run businesses to large multinational corporates. He spent his last ten years in England contracting, mainly for Banks, Law firms and local councils. Dom emigrated to New Zealand in 2004 and has been working with IT service providers since 2009. Dom enjoys advising customers on solutions and seeing IT work for them and unpacking simple and complex IT issues. Dom is located in Tauranga, supporting and managing our clients in Tauranga and the northern region.
